Moreover, our competence and quality are implemented in the production of a complete range of plastic film capacitors, addressed to the electronic industry. Pursuing excellence and innovation in designing products with high technological contents, we aim to satisfy Customers' expectations and meet the ever-evolving market's needs. The NKE's fluid filling systems perform an automatically fluid supply, assuring a perfect integration with the existing production specifications, regardless the kind of fluid, the available spaces and the process' technical requirements. Automatically and according to predetermined quantities, the NKE installations manage the filling of the following products: - motor oil - motor coolant - hydro-steering oil - fuel Diesel, Gasoline, Ethanol, GPL, Methane - fuel trigger circuits, if required. - brake oil (clutch) - cooling gas R134a - gearbox oil - screen washer - clutch and transmission shafts grease Dedicated solutions for filling a single fluid, stand-alone systems, or more products, multiple systems, where the fluid choice is made through a simple tool pickup by the operator. Stationary and moving systems - equipped with synchronized trolley- for a better compliance with the production requirements and times. Flexible and modular products to optimize the space and assure comfortable and safe working areas. Overhead structures to hold the power and fluid cabinets, moving trolleys with automatic positioning and ergonomic tools are just a few of the technical features characterizing the NKE systems' high quality. We have matured a very long experience in designing and manufacturing glazing systems. From the simple stand-alone unit for the bead application onto the glass up to the integrated systems, managing the cleaner and primer application, the gluing and the automatic decking onto the car assisted by the vision system. Basically, the installations can be divided into two sub-systems: manipulation and glue vein. The manipulation, according to the installations' complexity and to the required mission, can be composed by simple supporting benches, with fixed glass centring, up-to robotized cells with dynamic glass centring, dimensional check and grippers equipped with the vision system managing the glass pickup and the final assembly. We offer intermediate solutions such as holding the glass and moving by robot the extrusion head. The glue vein, the result of our development and long experience, includes four basic units: the barrel pump (single or double, connected in by-pass), the gear pump for flow control, the extrusion head and the nozzle cleaning device. The barrel pump has been developed to minimize the spaces the lay-out, always assuring a total rigidity and reliability. The accessibility for maintenance is absolute, even if the experience confirms that, with a proper use, our pumps last for many years without any maintenance intervention. The gear pump line arises the delivery pressure and allows, by a valve set, the glue bead's start/stop with a perfect compliance to the required geometry. The extrusion head is compact and integrates, above the nozzle, a delivery valve to start and stop the bead without any influence of residual pressures. The nozzle's "Z" axis slides complying any shape deviations of the glass. The nozzle rotation is assured by the seventh axis of the robot. The nozzle cleaning devices, wrapping the nozzle within a special paper, allows the complete cleaning, even on the outer surface. We pay special attention to the lay-out study and to the Customer's specifications, to optimize the spaces along the line and to offer solutions that perfectly comply with the requirements, within the ideal cycle time. A further application field, where we matured a long experience and recently introduced important innovations to increase the installations' robustness and compliance, is the application of structural, semi-structural and sealing products. Managed products include also hot melt and bi-components adhesives. Our systems can assure the right temperature control of the product over the whole supply line, either heating or cooling the adhesive, and the bead can be made in round or rectangular section. The orbital extrusion head is also available to perform the swirl application. Complementary to the above systems, our solutions' program include the drops application method. Another technology offered by our company is the sealing, both for inside surfaces and for aesthetic purposes. In most of the cases the application is made automatically, through a vision controlled robot, that assures the right path and defines the application's width. Besides our product lines, we make use - for some components - of the high experience and quality of Graco, leading Company that appointed us a "Design Center".
