CO.MEC. produces precision metal components made by sheet metal stamping, forming, fine blanking and deep-drawn.
Our production application is precision metal inserts for oil and shaft seals, housing for electrical motors, fine blanking automotive components.
We developed an innovative rolling technology to produce metal motor-housings for electrical motors in the automotive business which guarantees a high precision roundness on the inner diameter, with a waterproof closing clench.
SKF, Trelleborg, Denso, Uchiyama and Federal Mogul are CO.MEC. Customers.
CO.MEC. has a turnover of 18,5M USD and an export quota of 30%.
In 2007 was opened the division CO.MEC. USA, Inc. located close to Detroit, MI.
The Quality System is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949: 2002 certified.
